Small independent house-two rooms, 5 sleeping posts with private garden and patio. Kitchen fully equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, cooking equipment and solar boiler. Table tennis and a hammock in the garden. The nice seaside is 15 min walking away, with sandy beach, refreshment bars and lifeguard facilities. Nice fish taverns and a small picturesque marina are to be found next to the beach together with supermarkets and other stores. The place is close to the famous archeological site of Cape Sounion (15 km away). It is also one hour away from Athens (with public transportation means) and only 35 km from Athens International Airport (pick-up from the airport is possible). There is the possibility to use 3 bicycles on site. Daily cleaning is not induced in the price, but bedsheets and towels will be provided regularly. The soundings are beautiful, quite and safe, as it in the middle of other summer houses, with a small green hill at close distance for nice walking. The price is 30 EUROs per night for all persons (up to five).
